Company have wisely invested in modern infrastructure
facilities to meet the ever growing demands of industries.
The plant’s total area is 1.0 acre with major in-house
facilities like Pattern Shop (for attending minor repair
in patterns), Melting Shop, Moulding Shop, Heat Treatment,
Fettling Shop, Machining shop and Captive Power Plant.
Both men and machine are in perfect ratio and synergy
which enable us to grow from strength to strength.

Non-destructive
Testing |
Radiography,
Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle Tests are conducted
within the foundry as per customer needs. Outside
contractors certified by the competent authorities
are utilized. They are recognized by Lloyds, EIL,
Atomic Energy commission etc., Our Methoding Engineer
is qualified for NDT Level II in RT and UT. Further
engineers are being trained for other NDT procedures |
Machining |
Three CNC
Turning centres are available for machining the
castings as per customer’s requirement. Further
2 nos of Vertical Machining Centres are being planned
for installation before the end of March’

In House facilities are available for machining
operations as well as pressure testing. Wherever
required, assembly inspections are carried out and
offered for further customer inspection |
